A Bit About Me

I love what I do, something that I don’t think many can say. I am extremely passionate about my work and hard working. I am a photographer, graphic designer, and web developer. I love my iMAC, MacBook, and iPod even though I think Steve Jobs is being ridiculous about this flash thing. I photograph various subjects, ranging from architecture (although usually abandoned), portraits, still lives, and staged tableaux-style shoots. Some have described my work to remind them of paintings, as if I painted with light.

I began building websites late in my college career, but quickly discovered that I had a passion and knack for coding. Since then I have developed my HTML, CSS, and Flash skills to include CMS’s such as Radiant and Wordpress (which this site is built on). Please visit my portfolio to see my work. I also write in my blog occasionally to discuss current art and design trends.

Current Projects & Goals

At the moment I am attempting to teach myself Drupal CMS, PHP ( I’d like to be able to build plugins, and use PHP in places other than within a CMS), and Ruby on Rails (my goal is to be able to build extensions, and eventually build my own custom CMS)
